Plan Your Group Trip from Claude or ChatGPT, Without Retyping a Thing
The hotel confirmation is sitting in your inbox. The group's plan is in Bonder. Normally the next step is copying dates, addresses and a booking number from one tab to the other.
Now you can just ask:
"Find my hotel confirmation in Gmail and add it to my Lisbon trip."
Your assistant finds the email through your Gmail connection, reads the dates and the confirmation number, and adds the stay to the right nights on your Bonder trip. Everyone on the trip sees it in the itinerary. Bonder never asks for access to your inbox. It only sees what your assistant adds to the trip.
Works with the assistant you already use
Bonder connects to Claude (it's listed in Claude's connector directory), ChatGPT and Muse. Once it's connected, your assistant works inside your group's trip with the role you have on it. An Organizer or Co-Planner can add and change things, and a Viewer can only look.
Pair it with your other connectors and you can say things like:
- "Look through my email for flight confirmations for Portugal and add any that aren't on the trip yet."
- "Search Expedia for hotels in Porto for the nights my trip has nothing booked, and add the best two as proposed options."
- "Log the €84 dinner from last night on my Lisbon trip, split evenly."
The rest of the group stays in the loop
New ideas your assistant adds start as proposed, so the group can vote and comment before anything's locked in. Something you've already booked, like that hotel, goes in as confirmed, with its confirmation number. It can also check the trip the same way Bonder does:
- What's missing: nights with no place to stay, missing transport between stops, days with nothing planned.
- Whether it's realistic: too much driving in one day, or too many stops.
- What's double-booked: overlapping plans, or legs that leave before the last one arrives.
- What's left to book: stays and tickets that are still only proposed.
It can't make payments, invite people, or change who's on the trip. Trips are still created and unlocked in Bonder.
Set it up in a minute
On Claude, open Bonder in the connector directory, choose Connect, sign in to Bonder, and approve. For ChatGPT or Muse, copy the connector URL from Settings → Connected assistants in Bonder. Add it as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT, or paste it into a Muse chat and ask Muse to connect. The help article has every step, which plans work, and what to do if sign-in gets stuck.
Bonder isn't made by or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or Meta.
