Calendar sync, PDF, and other exports
Put confirmed plans on Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar, download a PDF itinerary for offline use, and export locations or expenses.
Sync to your calendar
Anyone on the trip can subscribe to its itinerary from their own calendar app: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
- From the itinerary, choose Sync to Calendar.
- Copy the private feed link and add it to your calendar app as a subscription.
Only confirmed items appear. Proposed ones stay off your calendar until they're confirmed. New confirmations show up on their own as your calendar app refreshes, which can take a while depending on the app.
The feed link is private to you. If it's been shared somewhere it shouldn't be, regenerate it; the old link stops working. You can turn sync off and back on later without resubscribing.
Download a PDF
Download the itinerary as a designed PDF: a cover page, then each day with its stays, plans, confirmation codes, flight details, check-in and check-out times, links, and addresses. It's made for offline use, when you might not have a signal.
Choose:
- Confirmed plans only, or everything including proposed items
- Letter size for printing, or a phone-friendly layout
- Whether to include comments
A PDF is a snapshot. It won't update when the trip changes, so download a fresh one before you leave.
Other exports
- Map locations (KML): export the itinerary's locations for map apps that open KML files.
- Expenses (CSV): see Track and split expenses.
